At VANTØIR, we take immense pride in the unique and artisanal nature of our charcoal artworks. Because each piece is an original creation or custom-printed to order, our returns policy is designed to protect both the integrity of the art and the sustainability of our studio.
Damage in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and take clear photographs of the damage to the item and the box. We will work with you promptly to provide a replacement or a full refund for transit-related issues.
Non-Returnables
Original charcoal artworks are delicate and one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on a change of heart. All sales of original works, commissioned pieces, and items marked as 'Final Sale' are considered final. We encourage you to review all images and descriptions carefully before purchase.
Process
To begin a return inquiry for qualified items, please email us at vantoirartworks@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
