How do I purchase an artwork?
You can purchase directly through our online gallery. Once you find a piece that speaks to you, simply add it to your cart and proceed to our secure checkout. All prices are listed in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment processors. For high-value original works, we can also arrange for bank wire transfers upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders within the US typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
How are the artworks packaged?
Charcoal is a delicate medium. Each original work is professionally fixed, wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, and secured between rigid sheets before being boxed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Originals vs Prints
Are these one-of-a-kind pieces?
Currently, VANTØIR exclusively sells original charcoal artworks. Each piece is a unique, hand-drawn creation. We do not offer prints at this time, ensuring your acquisition is truly yours alone.
Care & Framing
How should I frame my charcoal artwork?
We strongly recommend professional framing. Artwork should be framed under UV-protective glass with a mat/mount to ensure the paper does not touch the glass. This prevents charcoal transfer and preserves the depth of the blacks.
Returns & Commissions
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are generally final. However, if a piece is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Do you take custom commissions?
We occasionally open slots for private commissions. If you have a specific vision or would like a custom piece in the VANTØIR style, please reach out via our contact form to discuss availability.
